The heavy U-Shape Drain (T25) is a precast channel built to carry storm water, and power and telecommunication cable ducts, along the roads that take the most punishment. Each unit is cast, cured and tested in our Surat yard, then delivered to the trench as finished work — sealed, smooth-bored and ready to set.
Rated for a 5 T wheel load, the section takes traffic straight over the channel without flexing or cracking. It is the line we put under highways, crossings and industrial roads where the cover has to be as strong as the road around it.
Pouring drains in place means formwork, curing time and an open trench across active routes for days. Precast changes the maths — the channel arrives finished, sets in sequence with the civil works, and is sealed and trafficable almost as fast as it can be laid.

High-performance concrete from M50 to M75, RCC reinforced, cast and strength-tested to IS standards in our Surat yard. Every batch carries test certificates and traceability.
Standard channels are 300 × 300, 450 × 450, 600 × 600, 750 × 750, 900 × 900 and 1200 × 1200 mm, all in 2000 mm lengths. Covers come standard (perforated) or without hole, and lift off for cleaning and access.
A groove joint with mortar filling keeps the line sealed against silt and infiltration. The smooth precast bore keeps water moving and stops silt settling.
A 100 mm thick PCC base (as per site requirement) with a 20 mm thick mortar bed under the channel, and a nominal slope of about 1:1000 in the PCC if required. Units arrive finished and cured, so they're laid in sequence and sealed almost as fast as they're set.
